No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce

With just a handful of ingredients and a little bit of time, you can whip up a delicious dessert that is sure to impress your family and friends.
Ingredients
1 - 6 oz Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
8 oz cream cheese softened.
8 oz pumpkin puree (do not use pumpkin pie filling)
½ tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup sugar
3 cups cool whip topping (refrigerated but not frozen)
1 – bottle of Ghirardelli Premium Caramel Sauce (for topping)
Directions
*Blend together pumpkin, cream cheese, sugar and spices making sure there are no lumps

*Fold in cool whip

*Pour into crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.

*Drizzle Ghirardelli Premium Caramel Sauce covering the entire top of cheesecake.

*Cover loosing with plastic wrap.

*Refrigerate for an additional hour to allow the caramel to set.
